but the experience must always depend on the animals’ behavior and the local
sea conditions.
Guests should follow the crew’s instructions at all times. Dolphins must not be
touched, fed, blocked or pursued. Entering the water is only considered when the
crew judges that conditions are appropriate, safe and respectful toward the
animals.
Snorkeling Experience
After the dolphin search, the boat continues to a snorkeling area around
Mnemba Atoll. The exact location is selected according to current, visibility,
waves, tide and other safety considerations.
Your snorkeling mask and fins are provided. The guide will explain how to use
the equipment and indicate the safest area to enter the water.
Marine life varies from day to day. Depending on natural conditions, you may
see reef fish, coral formations and other ocean species, but no particular
animal or underwater sighting is guaranteed.
Tour Plan
The exact order, starting time and snorkeling location may change according
to your hotel, sea conditions, tides, weather and wildlife movement.
Your driver will collect you from your Zanzibar accommodation at the
time confirmed after booking and take you to the boat departure area.
Meet your local guide and captain, receive a short safety explanation
and board the private boat prepared for your booking group.
Travel through areas where dolphins may be observed. The crew will look
for signs of dolphin activity while avoiding behavior that may disturb
or pressure the animals.
When dolphins are present, observe them from a respectful position and
follow the crew’s instructions. Any opportunity to enter the water

Continue to a suitable snorkeling area and explore the tropical water
using the mask and fins provided. Beginners can request assistance from

Return to the departure beach and meet your driver for transportation

We enjoy this trip a lot. At first it take some time to find the dolphins, but the boat team knew where to go and finally we saw many of them. Snorkeling was also amazing and the water was warm. A little crowded with other boats, but still a great experience.
